สหภาพยุโรป (EU) โดยโครงการ CRIMARIO II ร่วมกับ ศูนย์ยุทธการ ศรชล. จัดอบรมหลักสูตรการใช้งานระบบ IORIS ให้แก่กำลังพล ศรชล. และผู้แทนกรมเจ้าท่า กรมประมง และตำรวจน้ำ ระหว่างวันที่ 26 พ.ค.68 - 6 มิ.ย.68 ณ ห้องติดตามสถานการณ์ 2 ศยก.ศรชล. (พื้นที่พระราชวังเดิม) โดยมี นาย BJORN GREGORY BEIRE ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากโครงการฯ เป็นวิทยากร การอบรมมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของกำลังพล ศรชล. ให้สามารถใช้ระบบ IORIS ในการติดตาม ประสานงาน และแสดงภาพสถานการณ์ทางทะเล ทำให้สมาชิกที่ใช้งานสามารถเห็นภาพสถานการณ์เดียวกัน (Common Operations Picture: COP) รวมทั้งระบบสามารถรองรับการติดต่อสื่อสาร และการรับ-ส่งข้อมูลได้เป็นอย่างดี

ทั้งนี้ การอบรมฯ แบ่งออกเป็น ๒ ห้วง ระหว่างวันที่ 26 - 30 พ.ค.๖๘ เป็นการอบรมหลักสูตร IORIS ระดับ IORIS Train the Trainer เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพกำลังพล ศรชล. ให้สามารถถ่ายทอดและให้ความรู้การใช้งานระบบ IORIS ให้แก่ผู้ใช้งานใหม่ได้ และการอบรมฯ ระหว่างวันที่ 4 - 6 มิ.ย.68 เป็นการอบรมให้แก่ผู้ใช้งานรายใหม่ ประกอบด้วย กำลังพล ศรชล. (ศยก.ศรชล สกฝ.ศรชล สปก 2 ศรชล. ผู้แทนหน่วยงานจากกรมเจ้าท่า กรมประมง และตำรวจน้ำ)

The THAI-MECC Operations Center recently held a ceremony to present certificates to participants who completed training in the use of the IORIS (Indo-Pacific Regional Information Sharing) system. Mr. Balazs Maar, representative of the EU Foreign Policy Instrument in Thailand, was in attendance as a witness to the award ceremony.

The European Union (EU), through the CRIMARIO II project, collaborated with the Thai Maritime Enforcement Command Center (THAI-MECC) to conduct a training course on the IORIS system for personnel from the THAI-MECC Center and representatives from the Marine Department, Fisheries Department, and Marine Police from May 26 to June 6, 2025, at Situation Monitoring Room 2 of the Command Center (located in the Phra Ratchawang Derm area). Mr. Bjorn Gregory Beire, an expert from the project, served as the instructor. The training aimed to enhance the effective capabilities of the personnel at THAI-MECC, enabling them to use the IORIS system for monitoring, coordinating, and visualizing maritime situations. This allows users to have a Common Operational Picture (COP) and ensures that the system supports efficient communication and data transmission.

The training was divided into two phases. From May 26 to May 30, 2025, a Train the Trainer course was conducted for THAI-MECC personnel, to develop their ability to train and educate new users on the IORIS system. From June 4 to June 6, 2025, training was provided for new users, including representatives from the Maritime Department, Department of Fisheries and Thai Marine Police
